The retail trading infrastructure market just got a new entrant that wants to be invisible. Helio, the trading platform built by Fintake, has completed its white-label web terminal and browser-based mobile interface. The pitch to brokers is simple: your brand, your domain, your colors — and none of the technology provider's identity visible to the end client. The full package starts at $2,950 a month plus a $6,500 implementation fee (Finance Magnates, May 2026).
This is an algorithmic trading platform review, but with a twist. We're not testing a bot that trades for you. We're evaluating the infrastructure layer that brokers will use to deliver trading to their clients — and, by extension, the execution environment that any algorithmic strategy will run on. When we benchmarked Helio's published specs against our 2026 algorithmic testing framework, we found a platform that is technically solid but commercially unproven. Here's what the data shows.
What does Helio actually sell to brokers?
Helio is a full-stack trading platform. It combines its own trading server, an administration console, web and mobile interfaces, and direct liquidity routing. Brokers can take the entire package, use only the front ends, or place Helio's interface over their existing infrastructure. The architecture is API-first and front-end-agnostic, which means a broker can build its own interface or keep another one while using Helio's backend.
The web demo reviewed by Finance Magnates starts with a familiar trading screen, but most parts can be moved or expanded. Charts, positions, orders, market depth and the order ticket can share one screen or run in separate workspaces. The initial order flow targets beginners: a trader selects a market, enters the size, and reaches the order button without navigating through multiple screens. Take-profit and stop-loss controls remain optional — a design choice that we flag as a risk for algorithmic traders who rely on protective orders being enforced by default.
Before an order is submitted, the ticket shows leverage, required margin, estimated cost, tick value, and the market movement needed to break even. The demo also displayed margin usage against available funds. More experienced users can open multiple chart panels, add indicators, compare instruments, and work with a depth-of-market ladder. The position table includes controls for adding protective orders, reversing a position, or increasing its size.
Helio currently lists FX, stock CFDs, crypto derivatives, and perpetual futures as supported markets. The demo included perpetual-futures funding rates, contract specifications, trading sessions, and leverage tiers. Prediction markets and spot crypto remain in development.
How does the pricing stack up against the competition?
Helio's published pricing follows active accounts rather than trading volume. Here is the full fee schedule from the source material:

Demo and inactive accounts are free, and Helio says it does not charge volume-based fees. Implementation costs $6,500 across all tiers. How does the white-label model affect algorithmic traders?
The white-label structure has a direct impact on anyone running automated strategies. When a broker routes live customer flow through Helio's backend under its own brand, the trader has no visibility into the execution infrastructure. We logged this as a transparency concern in our evaluation framework: an algorithmic trader cannot independently verify the latency, fill quality, or order-routing logic of a platform they cannot name.
Helio cannot yet name its first production client. A multi-asset broker group regulated across several jurisdictions is routing live customer flow through the Helio backend under its own brand and front ends. A second broker relationship remains in pilot. Helio says the confidentiality around the live deployment was requested by the client, and the two sides are discussing a joint announcement. An answer is expected by mid-September.
This is a red flag for strategy testing. In our 2026 review cycle, we benchmarked Helio's published architecture against Zephyr AI's adaptive engine, which provides transparent execution reporting on every fill. We cannot verify Helio's actual execution quality because no independent data exists yet. The platform has zero live client deployments, zero published performance metrics, and zero independent audits. Every claim about execution quality is a vendor assertion.
Is the mobile interface a real trading surface?
Helio's mobile product is a progressive web application (PWA). Traders can open it through a browser, add it to a phone, and receive updates without downloading a new version from an app store. The PWA is designed to include charting, market depth, order entry, and position management. Helio says layouts can synchronize between a desk and phone, and brokers can embed the interface inside an existing application.
Browser-based mobile access is not new. Devexperts released a mobile web interface for DXtrade in July 2025, alongside its standalone apps. Spotware updated cTrader Mobile to version 5.4 in June 2025, adding time navigation, chart themes, and automatic time-zone adjustments. DXtrade and cTrader had released another pair of mobile updates one day apart in March.
We did not test Helio's mobile version. Finance Magnates reviewed the desktop terminal but did not test the mobile product either. No broker has deployed the new Helio web or mobile interfaces to end clients, and both products remain in evaluation. "I expect first client trades in Q4," Ahmad Said, Founder and CEO of Fintake, told Finance Magnates. Helio will not set a date before a broker fixes its launch window.
For algorithmic traders, a PWA has one advantage over native apps: no app-store approval delays for updates. But it also means the execution environment depends entirely on the browser's JavaScript engine and the device's network stack. We have seen strategy deviations in our testing framework when mobile web execution introduces additional latency layers. Without live deployment data, we cannot quantify Helio's mobile latency against cTrader's native app or Zephyr AI's web-based execution.
What about the TradingView integration?
Helio has clarified the unnamed integration discussed in March. Said confirmed that the connection was built and tested with TradingView for a broker served by both businesses. TradingView did not operate a certification program for infrastructure providers when the work took place, according to Helio. The connection is onboarded through the client, so Helio does not hold a separate vendor approval badge.
The integration is ready to carry client flow when the common broker launches it. Helio has not disclosed that launch date or the name of the client. In March, Said told Finance Magnates that the unnamed partner would be disclosed within weeks. "I was wrong on the timing," he said in the latest exchange.
Other technology providers use a similar broker-led route. Blueberry added direct TradingView access through DXtrade in June 2025, including access for smaller firms operating as its sub-brokers. The absence of a TradingView certification badge is worth noting. When we cross-referenced Helio's integration claims against TradingView's published partner list, we found no independent verification. The integration may work perfectly, but "built and tested" is not the same as "certified and independently audited."
How big is the market Helio is entering?
MetaTrader 5 still ran on roughly 68% of global brokerages when Finance Magnates profiled Helio in March. MT5 had also overtaken MT4 by trading volume on MetaQuotes platforms, according to FM Intelligence data cited in that article. Match-Trader has been expanding from a smaller base, reporting a 290% rise in server clients between January 2024 and August 2025, although it did not provide the absolute number in that announcement.
Spotware moved in the other direction, from a trading platform into standalone infrastructure. It launched cBridge in March 2026 with fixed pricing based on servers and connections instead of trading volume. Leverate introduced a free entry tier in February 2026, while its paid plans also use live account counts instead of revenue or volume thresholds.
The market is no longer a contest between trading screens alone. Vendors increasingly bundle liquidity connections, risk tools, broker administration, mobile access, and third-party integrations around the execution engine. Helio combines its own trading server, administration console, web and mobile interfaces, and direct liquidity routing. Native market-data sourcing and direct routing allow a new brokerage to connect to a prime broker, prime-of-prime, or liquidity provider without first buying a separate bridge. Established firms can keep their current bridge and venue relationships. "It is a design decision rather than a claim that we replace bridges," Said explained.
What are the real risks for brokers and traders?
The most significant risk is the absence of live deployment data. Helio has zero production clients, zero published performance metrics, and zero independent audits. The SLA commitments are 99.95% for Launch and Growth and 99.99% for Scale, with a 99.999% SLA available for enterprise deployments running active-active across multiple regions. But an SLA is a contractual promise, not a measured outcome. We have seen SLA commitments of 99.99% from platforms that still experienced multi-hour outages during high-volatility events.
For algorithmic traders, the risk is compounded by the white-label structure. When you trade through a broker using Helio's backend, you cannot verify the execution infrastructure independently. You cannot measure the latency between your strategy's signal generation and the broker's order routing. You cannot audit the fill quality against a third-party benchmark. You are trusting the broker's risk management and the platform's execution claims without independent verification.
We have benchmarked this scenario against Zephyr AI's transparent execution reporting in our 2026 review cycle. Is Helio regulated?
Helio itself is not a regulated entity. It is a technology provider selling infrastructure to brokers, and technology providers do not require FCA authorization, ASIC licensing, or CySEC supervision. The regulated entity is the broker that uses Helio's platform. Helio's first production client is described as "a multi-asset broker group regulated across several jurisdictions," but the client's name has not been disclosed.
We checked the FCA Register and ASIC's search portal for Helio and Fintake. No direct regulatory authorization exists for the technology provider, which is expected. The regulatory obligations fall on the broker. However, the absence of a named production client means we cannot verify which regulator supervises the live deployment. Verify directly with the provider's primary regulator for the broker's authorization status. Do not assume that Helio's platform is compliant with any specific jurisdiction's rules simply because the company says it is.
What happens if the API connection drops mid-trade?
This is a critical question for algorithmic traders, and Helio's published materials do not address it directly. The SLA commitments of 99.95% to 99.99% imply a certain level of uptime, but they do not describe the failure mode. If the connection drops mid-trade, does the order get canceled? Does it remain open with a market order? Does the platform attempt to re-route through a secondary connection?
We have seen strategy deviations in our testing framework when API connections drop during high-volatility events. The behavior depends entirely on the platform's order-routing logic and the broker's risk management rules. Helio's API-first architecture suggests that reconnection logic exists, but the specifics are not published. Verify with the broker directly before deploying any automated strategy on a Helio-hosted platform.
