Data we collect

• Lead-magnet form submissions — when you fill in the in-article form to receive a checklist, spreadsheet, quiz, or risk template, we store the name, phone (optional), email, the article you submitted from, and a timestamp. Stored in our MongoDB database; not sold or shared with third parties.
• Anonymous analytics — page views, time on page, referring source. We use privacy-respecting analytics; no individual user profiling.
• Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
• Server logs — your IP and user-agent are recorded transiently by our hosting provider (Netlify) for abuse prevention. Logs are retained for 30 days.

How we use it

• To deliver the lead magnet you requested.
• To send occasional content updates if you opted in.
• To improve the site (which articles get read, which links get clicked).

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not share your contact details with the trading platforms we review.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@brokertestedreviews.com. We confirm and complete deletions within 14 days.

Third-party links

Our articles contain affiliate links to trading platforms (including Zephyr AI). When you click these links, you leave our site and are subject to the privacy policy of the destination platform. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details on how those links work.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle data, we will update the date below and (where required) email anyone with an active lead-magnet subscription.
