Reporting a factual error
Found something wrong in one of our reviews? We take accuracy seriously and publish a correction with a dated changelog at the bottom of the affected article. Please include:
- The article URL or title.
- The specific claim you believe is incorrect.
- Supporting evidence (primary source if possible — regulator register, official fee schedule, broker statement).

You do not need to provide your real name. Pseudonymous reports are treated identically. We do not share reporter details with the platform being reported on.

Partnership and affiliate inquiries

Important: affiliate partnerships do not influence review scores or rankings. We apply our scoring rubric identically to partners and non-partners, and we regularly publish negative reviews of platforms whose affiliate programs we have access to. See Editorial Policy and Affiliate Disclosure for the rules we operate by.
What we cannot do
- Provide financial advice. We are an editorial publication, not a regulated advisor. Articles are informational.
- Recover funds from a broker. If you have been defrauded, contact your jurisdiction's regulator (FCA, ASIC, CySEC, SEC, FINRA, MAS) directly.
- Confirm or deny membership in our lead list. For privacy reasons we don't disclose whether a specific email has subscribed.
- Remove negative reviews on request. We correct factual errors. We don't remove honest editorial judgments.
Response time
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Factual-error reports are prioritised and usually answered within 48 hours. Partnership inquiries are answered as time permits; please allow up to 7 business days.
